ACESGroup are honoured to announce that we are an award finalist in the Gender Diversity category of the Australian Security Industry Awards for Excellence.

The award will be announced at a ceremony on 19 October 2022 and is presented to an organisation that has demonstrated innovation and excellence in promoting gender diversity in management and leadership roles through initiatives undertaken within the past 12 months.

Our ongoing gender diversity program aims to address the imbalance of female representation in the security sector, with the key objective of increasing business-wide gender diversity, targeting an overall female representation of 50% at all levels (operational, management and executive leadership).

We are enormously proud to be actively leading the industry through benchmark female gender representation, which is an impressive feat noting the imbalance of gender diversity within the security industry.
