Prior to being appointed Managing Director, Travis held the position of General Manager for 10 years, having worked his way through the ACES business from guard operations. Travis remains actively engaged with ACES clients.
Andrew Tatrai is Non-Executive Director (Advisory Board Member) of Australian Concert and Entertainment Security. He is the founding Director and Principal and has a diverse range of qualifications including more than thirty years experience in the entertainment, event and venue management industry.
Sonja Semmens, Events Director, has held this position since 2000, a culmination of having worked her way through event guarding operations. Sonja is an internationally recognised Event Security Logistics and Operational Planning Specialist, and Close Personal Protection Manager.
Leni Ison, Executive Manager Business, has worked in business contract and compliance management since 2001, after an earlier career in luxury sports marketing and event management. Leni is passionate about industry quality, compliance and reputation and she drives innovative systems to continuously improve our services for and on behalf of our clients.
Z Diezal is the General Manager of Affirm Training RTO and has extensive experience in business and project managemnt. Z previously worked as a Ship Security Officer managing all security operations which also involved training security members in risk management, security and defensive techniques, crime scene investigation and firefighting at sea.
Corey has recently returned to ACES as the Head of Operations. Highly skilled, with 17 years of experience as an Operations and Facilities Manager, Corey has an impressive history of successfully managing large and complex sites in the entertainment, film and event environments.
