We are currently seeking a motivated Security Manager to oversee 2 major stadiums based in Newcastle and Wollongong. With a busy schedule of events lined up for 2021, we are looking for someone who will oversee 50+ security officers at the one time and ensure the smooth running of all events and rostering of Security staff.

Responsibilities will include

  • Ensure operations in accordance with contractual requirements with Clients
  • Oversee security staff during events and ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Report incidences and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assist in rostering duties and handle employee leave requests
  • Induct, train and provide briefing to staff on Event days
  • Investigate issues and non-conformance on site and respond as appropriate
  • Support Rostering team with duties as required
  • Provide relief cover for roles based on business needs

Essential Criteria

  • Security Licence (NSW, 1AC)
  • Drivers Licence (NSW)
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Event Management experience
  • Work weekends based on event schedule
  • Ability to travel between Stadiums and Head Office as required
  • Rostering experience highly desirable
