We are seeking experienced and professional Casual Security Officers to join our team, delivering high-end security services for VIP functions, corporate events, and premium venues. As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guests, and stakeholders. Your role goes beyond safety and security — you will represent our brand with confidence, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. We are looking for officers who can seamlessly balance strong situational awareness with a welcoming and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional security presence at VIP events and premium venues
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to guests, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor and respond to security and safety risks in a discreet and professional manner
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, ensuring safety and order are maintained
- Accurately record and complete detailed incident and shift reports
- Manage access control and screening with tact and diplomacy
- Uphold company standards of appearance, conduct, and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Criteria
- Security License (NSW 1A)
- First Aid Certificate (current)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (current)
- Previous experience in security roles, ideally within corporate, events, or VIP settings
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour
- Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Strong report writing and documentation skills
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and integrity.
