We are currently seeking an experienced Services Administrator to join our National Services Support Centre. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, supporting both internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operations and outstanding service delivery. Reporting to the Scheduling Services Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple stakeholders while applying strong problem-solving skills. This role offers the chance to further develop your expertise and play a key part in the success of a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at each touchpoint
- Answering phones and responding to client enquiries
- Preparing and processing client quotes and orders
- Data entry
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office software (particularly Excel)
- Experience with MYOB (desirable)
- Rostering or Payroll experience highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and take accountability
- Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team.
